Standard Care
Operates during working hours (08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday, excluding public and bank holidays)

For a fault that is reported before 17:00 on one working day will be responded to by the end of the next working day.

A fault reported outside normal working hours will be treated as being reported at the beginning of the next working day.
Work will only be carried out during working hours.

Prompt Care
Operates during working hours (08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Saturday, excluding public and bank holidays)

A fault reported outside normal working hours will be treated as being reported at the beginning of the next working day.

Faults will be responded to within 4 hours of receipt of a fault report.

Total Care
Operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week including bank and public holidays.

Faults will be responded to within 4 hours of receipt of a fault report.
